MAGNET System of Solutions - Columbus, OH

Overview

This three-day program designed to maximize Field to Finish Design to Completion workflows and processes for MAGNET Field, Enterprise, Tools and Office.  Its primary purpose is to give attendees the confidence in using the software to become competent in demonstrating workflows of a field file to a finished and deliverable solution covering all the key steps along the way. Upon completion of the course, the student will have received the training necessary to be able to fully understand the power of the MAGNET System of Solutions and maximize usage across all four platforms where applicable.  Students will know how to seamlessly work with and move data across each component of the system.

MAGNET Office Site - Columbus, OH

Overview

This is a two day program designed as a hands-onoperational training for MAGNET Office Site. The program covers complete MAGNET Office Site functions, from setting up projects and libraries and importing 3rd party files, to creating and exporting designs. The primary purpose of the program is to give attendees the confidence in using the software to become competent and efficient using workflows from creating or modifying a design to producing a finished deliverable product, while covering all the key steps along the way. Students of this class will obtain a greater understanding of proper techniques for creating project models and roads.  Students will have the ability to go from initial DWGs and PDF plans to finished projects that can be exported to the desired data and/or reports.

MAGNET Office Take Off & Mass Haul - Columbus, OH

Overview

​This is a two day program designed as a hands-on operational training for the MAGNET Take Off Module. The program covers all aspects of the MAGNET Take Off module for both commercial sites and road projects. The class also covers exporting the take-off reports to the Mass Haul module for project planning. Upon completion of this class, the student will be able to fully utilize the MAGNET Take Off and Mass Haul modules to accurately define materials, compute quantities, show reporting and accurate planning via Mass Haul diagrams.

3DMC Pointman Training - Livermore, CA

Overview

The 3D-MC Pointman Training is a 3-1/2 day, instructor-led program designed to provide a complete overview of all of Topcon's 3D-MC and Pocket3D products and their capabilities.  The student will learn the construction field processes, applications and advanced functions for the 3D Grade Management System (survey rover) and 3D Machine Control Systems (3D-MC) for motor graders, bulldozers, and excavators through classroom and hands-on lessons.  The program will also cover Topcon's 3D indicate systems, provide an overview of the mmGPS system, and show the student how SiteLink3D can increase jobsite productivity and efficiency.

This End-User Pointman Training Program is designed for a Topcon dealer to send individual contractor representatives to Topcon's Pointman Training program. The dealer sales representative is encouraged to attend the program with their customer.
